If so, The Urgo Foundation could help.

Launched in 2010 by Laboratoires Urgo, this nonprofit making foundation offers clinicians the opportunity of funding for the development of a local project which will be of benefit to the wound care community, and also extends Urgo's commitment in the public health sector.
The funding is awarded by the UK Board to Clinical projects, which will lead to progress in medical practice and patient care.
The Clinical project will be supported over 12 months. Mentorship will also be available to successful applicants.
2011 Winners:
Ross Atkinson & Karen Ousey - Spinal Research Coordinator, Reader Advancing Clinical Practice.
Project : "Assessing Key Risk Factors for Wound Healing in Patients Undergoing Surgery for Spinal Metastases".
2010 Winners:
Jacqueline Denyer & Elizabeth Pillay - EB Nurse Consultant.
Project : "Best Practice Guidelines for Patients with EB".
Other examples for inspiration:
Clinical Audit, Patient and Public Involvement in Tissue Viability, Tissue Viability Service Improvement Project, Development of Wound Care Competencies, Wound Care in Nursing Homes, Clinical Support for Practitioners, Establishing a Resource Library, Engaging with Specific Wound Care user groups -ethnic groups, homeless, drug users.
Funding is available over 12 months
Urgo Foundation funding does not cover: Individual Education courses, services or tools/equipment.
